The Health Trust Fund Board is comprised of six (6) members, each serving a six (6) year term. The Board makes recommendations to the City Council for the expenditure of the interest income derived from a public trust fund established for projects or programs that address health or health-related issues within the City.
The board was established in 1997. The principal of the trust was derived from the sale of assets from Sartori Memorial Hospital.

The Health Trust Fund Board meets the second Thursday of the months of May, July, November and December at 7:30 a.m. at City Hall, 220 Clay Street, Cedar Falls Iowa 50613.
