| Winter Weather Class Cancellation Policy
|Cardio Combo -
This early morning class is jam packed with a wide variety of exercises to raise your heart rate and kick starts your metabolism for the day.
Low Impact Aerobics -
This low impact class will safely increase all areas of fitness for the beginner or those looking for an “easy on the joints” workout. This class uses steps, hand weights, mats, tubes, stability balls, weighted bars and medicine balls.
Strength Fusion -
A strength training and core conditioning class that can include BOSU Balls, Stability balls, hand weights, and body bars for a whole body workout.

Saturdays at the REC -
Saturdays are for all levels.
½ hour cycling and ½ hour strength.

Dance your way to a fitter you! New, exciting and unique Latin dance moves that target every muscle group.

The beginner’s level of aerobic dance which breaks down the intricate step work of Zumba Basic. It’s perfect for anyone just starting out in Zumba fitness!
Step combinations in a cardio class that offers variety, intensity and energy. Includes cardio step with a core workout at the end.
Body Blast (Boot Camp) –
A high intensity blast for your body! This class incorporates all the essentials into one powerful workout. Come experience a blast your body won’t soon forget.
Kickboxing - Its Back June 1!!
This intense aerobic exercise uses kickboxing techniques to target major muscle groups and is designed to raise the heart rate and torch calories using kick bags and gloves. Get ready to fight fit!

WATCH FOR in the Fall..............
A fun new workout that burns fat and tones your whole body. Funk and Hip Hop fused with Bollywood beats, as seen in today's hottest Bollywood films. High-energy, great exercise. This class is for students with little or no background in dancing. Class starts with a basic warm up followed by choreography taught at a slow to medium pace.
|Zumbatomics – For Kids!
These classes are high-energy fitness-parties that offer real results. Packed with specifically choreographed routines and the latest music, like hip-hop, reggaeton and cumbia, classes increase focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and improve coordination. More than just a great reason to head to the gym, Zumbatomic classes make getting fit a fun family experience too.
