All Black Hawk County residents are invited to the upcoming Electronics Recycling Drop-off and Household Hazardous Materials Drop-off on Saturday, September 23, at the Cedar Falls Public Works Complex (2200 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls). The drop-off will take place 9am– 2pm and is co-sponsored by the Black Hawk County Solid Waste Management Commission and the City of Cedar Falls.
