The Black Hawk County Solid Waste Management Commission will be partnering with the City of Waterloo to sponsor the Spring Electronics Recycling and Household Hazardous Materials Disposal Drop-off Event.This event will be held Saturday, April 9th, at the Waterloo Waste Water Treatment Plant at 3505 Easton Avenue, Waterloo. The event is open to all Black Hawk County residents to recycle old electric and electronic devices (certain fees apply), as well as dispose of toxic substances from their homes and garages.
