Over time the roads, trails and sidewalks in Cedar Falls begin to show signs of deterioration and damage that needs to be repaired. Sometimes we, as citizens, may pass a problem needing attention that we believe is so obvious that it has to have been reported to the city. That is a reason things may not be reported – others think the same thing.
