The Runoff Election for the Cedar Falls City Council Vacancy takes place August 4, 2020.
The polls will be open from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Election Day, August 4. Black Hawk County will be utilizing five vote centers for this election. Vote centers are polling locations that combine multiple precincts. Voters may vote at any vote center, regardless of their home precinct. Orchard Hill Church’s Big House (white house west of church), 3900 Orchard Hill Drive
