After registering with the Rec Center for this program, the NFL program requires that you also register at their site.

2019 Dates:

  • Teams Start practices late August
  • Games Begin September 5, six game season
  • After August 22, Coaches will contact players regarding first practice time
  • Those signing up after the registration deadline may not receive their jersey in time for the first game

Officiated games are scheduled Monday or Thursday evenings after 5:00pm
5th & 6th Grade

Officiated games are scheduled Tuesday or Thursday evenings after 5:00pm

Fee:  $43.00 through July 31/$48.00 beginning August 1

Registration:

  • Taken at the Cedar Falls Recreation Center or click on Leisure Link below
  • Registration Begins: July 15
  • Registration Deadline: August 15 or until site is filled
  • After registering with the Rec Center for this program, the NFL program requires that you also register at their site.  this guarantees your jersey information.  If you do not pre-register with the NFL site, we cannot assure you of jersey arrival for game day.
  • Participants should sign up according to their school and in the grade that they are going into this fall.
  • Players will be notified about first practices after August 22

Program Information

  • This 5 on 5 game provides exciting, non-contact play. NFL flag emphasizes the basic football skills of passing, catching, defending, and running. Players will also learn about formations, pass patterns, and different types of defense.
  • All players will receive a NFL Flag / reversible football jersey.
  • Parent Volunteer coaches are needed. Interested coaches contact Brock Goos at (319)-273-8636.
